Tracy is a licensed Property, Casualty, Flood, Long Term Care, Life & Health insurance agent.  She also has her WBE (Woman's Business Enterprise) Certification  for Baltimore City & a MBE/DBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Certification for the State of MD/MDOT.
